The VILLAS do ARRAIAL, in March of 2006, made contracts for delivery of its total infrastructure.

We are already (09/2006), giving to the customers of VILLAS DO ARRAIAL, water channeled in the door, electric power and public illumination in all your extension, drainage of pluvial waters and the works of paving of accesses to the main streets of the center.

The BELT WAY implanted by the Municipal City hall of Porto Seguro in partnership with VILLAS DO ARRAIAL, interlink the center and the beaches of Pitinga and Mucugê. With the pluvial drainages already built by VILLAS, it already allows, the best access of Arraial d' Ajuda's center to their beaches.
